Day-to-day administration of your property: service charges (owners’ fees for building upkeep), insurance, inspections and supplier coordination. You get a clear written report. Owners abroad see the same picture as owners in the building.

We find and screen tenants, prepare the contract, collect rent and handle renewals. We support Ejari registration (Dubai’s official tenancy register). At move-in and move-out, we prepare the handover report.

Property Handover Assistance
We attend the developer handover and carry out the snagging inspection (a detailed defect check). You get a written defect list, and we follow up until every item is closed. We also register utilities and manage keys.

We arrange an eligibility check and application support for long-term UAE residence through licensed immigration partners. MARNAL coordinates; the licensed partner handles the application. For the property route, eligibility is checked against your actual title deed and valuation.
